Set-up fees

The one-time set-up fee (currently $250) covers the work required to design, build, and launch your website. Set-up fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Rental Plan

You may cancel your Rental Plan at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; there are no refunds for payments already made.

Rent-to-Own Plan

You may cancel at any time during your term. There are no partial or full refunds on payments already made. Cancelling before your term ends means the website reverts to us and ownership does not transfer.

Buy-&-Own Plan

Because this is a one-time payment for full ownership at checkout, this plan is non-refundable once the website has been delivered.

Why no refunds on completed work

Our pricing reflects work completed upfront (design, development, hosting set-up) rather than a trial period. You can review your website before final payment is taken, which is designed to reduce the risk of an unwanted purchase.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at info@doneforyoulocal.com so we can resolve it directly before opening a dispute with PayPal.
