Terms of Service

By purchasing or using services from Done For You Local ("we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Services provided
We design, build, host, and maintain websites for local service businesses, under the plan (Rental, Rent-to-Own, or Buy-&-Own) you select at checkout.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Plan pricing, billing frequency, and set-up fees are as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
3. Ownership
- Rental Plan: You do not own the website or domain. Service continues month-to-month until cancelled.
- Rent-to-Own Plan: Ownership transfers to you automatically after your plan's term is completed, provided the account remains active and in good standing.
- Buy-&-Own Plan: Ownership transfers immediately upon full payment.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by contacting us or via your client portal. Cancelling a Rental or Rent-to-Own plan before ownership transfers means the website and domain remain with us; hosting and support will stop.
5. Content updates & support
Included minor content updates are limited to one request per month, expected to take approximately one hour of work. Requests beyond this scope may incur additional charges, per our Add-Ons pricing.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, and for ensuring content you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of business or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
